Care & Maintenance

Remove dust regularly with a clean, soft brush and wipe the teak with a clean, damp cloth when required. Avoid abrasive chemicals or cleaning agents, and clean spills, tree sap and bird droppings promptly.

As teak is a natural material, it can react to changing weather conditions and may gradually change in appearance. Regular cleaning and suitable Kettler wood-care treatments can help maintain and protect the timber.

During winter and particularly wet periods, store the bench in a cool, dry and well-ventilated location where possible. This helps minimise excessive expansion or shrinkage of the wood.
