Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday-Friday) only. We do not currently offer a weekend delivery service.
Delivery of most standard items below the value of £100 is chargeable at a flat-rate of £6.99 for next-day delivery service to mainland UK. Orders received before 12-noon are dispatched the same day.
Norwich Camping & Leisure offers FREE, trackable next-working-day delivery to mainland UK destinations on most orders over the value of £100 (Conditions Apply). Orders received before 12-noon are dispatched the same day.
With any 'next-day' service, however, we cannot positively guarantee that your delivery will be with you the next working day, due to unforeseen circumstances that may occur with third-party courier companies. Please order in sufficient time to avoid any disappointment.
All deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Europe are on a chargeable basis. Please place your online order as normal and we will contact you with a firm quote for delivery. (A full refund will be given if you do not approve of the delivery cost.)

CLICK & COLLECT
If you live nearby, why not take advantage of our Click & Collect service? Order online, as normal, then select the Click & Collect option at the checkout. Please wait for an email confirming that we have approved your order and issuing an Order Number. Please make a note of this and bring proof of identity when picking up.
DELIVERING NORMAL-SIZED ITEMS
We will normally dispatch orders received before 12-noon on the same day. Orders received after this time may be shipped on the same day, workload permitting, or on the next working day.
Showroom display sets, garden centre plants and aggregates are excluded from our 'over £100 free-delivery' offer.
We dispatch all orders, apart from the stated exclusions, on a next-working-day service wherever possible. If you would prefer your delivery for a particular weekday, we would send this out on a next-day service for the day you prefer. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and outside of Mainland UK
We are able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and Europe. Please place your order as normal and we will contact you with a quote for delivery. (A full refund will be given if you do not approve of the delivery cost.)
If you would like a delivery quote before you order, please email to [email protected] with the full delivery address and a full list of everything you would like to buy, so that we know the volume and weight of the items. We will then email a firm delivery quote for your approval, prior to you ordering online.
DELIVERING LARGER ITEMS TO MAINLAND UK
(Garden Furniture, BBQs, Party Tents etc.)
Deliveries within Norfolk and Suffolk - we'll normally deliver these in one of our own vehicles, so you'll be contacted for this to be arranged. This is unlikely to be a next-day service.
Deliveries outside of Norfolk and Suffolk - these will usually come via couriers' curb-side palletised delivery, so will sometimes take longer to pack and organise. This is unlikely to be a next-day service.
PALLETISED DELIVERIES - PLEASE NOTE:
With a lot of the larger items we sell - especially Garden Furniture - the best way to dispatch these is on a pallet. This prevents breakages and unnecessary handling of the items. Please note that, with palletised deliveries, the driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be to the kerbside. Unfortunately, the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. Due to the nature of the couriers we use for pallet deliveries, we are not able to offer a specific time-slot for arrival.
With pallet deliveries, please assume that the delivery will be made on a long, heavy-goods vehicle, so please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions, or difficult access points, before your order is dispatched so that we can make alternative arrangements. Failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and a re-delivery charge.
Pallet deliveries cannot be made:
- Onto soft ground such as grass, gravel or soil
- To a premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload
- Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy
- Where the access road is on a steep incline
- Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
Some longer parcels may take up to 48 hours to deliver.
WHO DELIVERS YOUR PARCELS?
Locally, we try to deliver as much as we can with our own fleet of vans.
Nationally, we use a number of specialist courier companies depending upon the type of consignment. For smaller parcels, and some long parcels, we use Parcel Force. For more expensive, larger items, we use APC Overnight. For heavy items we use TNT. We may also use Palletline and UPS.
