Norwich Camping & Leisure offer free, trackable next -working-day delivery to mainland UK on all orders over the value of £100.
Deliveries are Monday - Friday.
We will normally dispatch orders received before 12pm the same day.
Some larger items will take more time to prepare for dispatch, like Garden Furniture, BBQs and Party tents. If you require your items urgently, or would like to check the status of your order please just give us a call on 01603 717800. We dispatch all our orders on a next working day service. Please note though that we are unable to guarantee this - once your order leaves us it is in the hands of the courier.
Ireland, Channel Islands and Europe
We are able to ship to Northern and Southern Ireland, as well as the Channel Islands and Europe. Please place your order as normal and we will contact you with a quote.
If you would like a quote before you order please email us with a full list of everything you are after and full delivery address, so we know the volume of the boxes for the quote.
Have you got a delivery day in mind?
If you would prefer your delivery for a particular day, we would send this out on a next-day service for the day you prefer. Once you have placed your order, please give us a call to arrange this on 01603 717800, or drop us an email.
Ordering something big?
With a lot of the larger items we sell - especially Garden Furniture - the best way to dispatch these is on a pallet. This prevents breakages and unnecessary handling of the items. The delivery driver will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps, carry the furniture through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may even be the kerbside. Due to the nature of the couriers we use for pallet deliveries, we are not able to offer a specific time-slot.
On pallet deliveries, please assume the delivery will be made on a long, heavy goods vehicle, so please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is dispatched so that we can make alternative arrangements. Failure to do so may results in a failed delivery and re-delivery charge.
Pallet deliveries cannot be made:
- On to soft ground such as grass, gravel or soil
- To a premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload
- Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy
- Where the access road is on a steep incline
- Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
Some longer parcels may take up to 48 hours.
Local to us?
If you live nearby, why not take advantage of our Click and Collect service? Order online, as normal, then select the Click and Collect option at the checkout. Please wait for an email that we have approved your order and bring in identification when picking up.
What we can't do...
Showroom display sets, garden centre plants and aggregates are excluded from our free-delivery offer.
- we do not currently offer a weekend delivery service.
- we cannot 100%-guarantee your delivery will be with you next-day, due to unforeseen circumstances with the third-party courier companies.
Who delivers your parcels?
We use a number of different courier companies. For smaller parcel and some long parcels, we use Parcel Force. For more expensive, larger items, we use APC Overnight. For heavy items we use TNT.
Other companies your items may be shipped with are: Palletline and UPS.
We try and deliver as much as we can locally with our own fleet of vans.
