What is a pre-order?

A Pre-Order is when you order a product/s before they are available or before we have them available to sell, such as the next year's model of tents.

What can I pre-order?

You can pre-order any item on our website that is listed as 'Pre-order'

How do I pre-order?

If there is an item that you would like to pre-order then please add it to your basket and checkout as you would normally, we will then receive the order which will be kept on record.

Although we do not process the order (capture funds) until stock arrives, the amount of the order may still show as leaving your account, this is only a shadow transaction and should return to your available balance after a few days.

If the order is more than 30 days old we will need to retake payment details as after this time period the authorisation expires.

Once stock of your pre-ordered item has arrived or is ready for dispatch we will contact you to take any outstanding balance and arrange delivery on a date that is convenient to you.


When will my order arrive?

Delivery dates for pre-order items differ however each pre-order product should have a date or month of when stock is due. However as always you can contact us on 01603 717600/717800 for more information. Or [email protected]

Do pre-order items require a deposit?

Most items will not require a deposit to pre-order, however we may ask for a refundable deposit if you wish to hold and reserve a more popular item or a product that has low future availability. If a deposit is required then this will be shown on the products page.

Can I pay a pre-order in full?

A pre-order can be paid for in full if you wish, if you are happy for us to do so then please let us know and your order will be processed. Once stock has arrived we will contact you to arrange delivery and dispatch the goods as quickly as possible.
