Bring smarter cooking to your garden with the Weber Spirit EX-425 Smart Gas Barbecue.

This four-burner gas barbecue combines the familiar performance of the Spirit range with built-in Weber Connect technology. Connect the barbecue to the Weber Connect app and you can monitor temperatures remotely, receive alerts and keep a closer eye on your food without standing beside the barbecue.

When it’s time to turn up the heat, two Boost Burners provide 40% more power within the Sear Zone. As a result, you can create high heat for steaks, burgers, fish and vegetables while still having plenty of space for the rest of your food.

Weber Spirit EX-425 with Smart Technology

The Weber Spirit EX-425 features a Wi-Fi-enabled digital thermometer built directly into the barbecue.

One wired food probe comes included, allowing you to monitor the internal temperature of your food. Pair it with the Weber Connect app and you can check temperatures from your compatible smartphone.

You’ll also receive useful alerts, including notifications when the barbecue has preheated and when it’s time to flip your food.

Powerful Four-Burner Cooking

Four stainless steel burners give you plenty of control across the 61 x 45cm primary cooking area.

Together, they provide 10.26kW of heat output. You can create different heat zones across the cooking surface, making it easier to cook several foods at the same time.

Meanwhile, the warming rack adds another 677cm² of space above the main cooking grates. Use it to keep cooked food warm or toast buns while everything else finishes below.

Boost Burners and Sear Zone

When you want serious heat, the Spirit EX-425 is ready.

Two Boost Burners unleash 40% more power in the Sear Zone. Therefore, you can create the intense heat needed for bold sear marks without needing a separate cooking appliance.

Once searing is complete, simply move your food to another area of the barbecue to continue cooking at a lower temperature.

Weber Connect Built In

Take some of the guesswork out of barbecue cooking with integrated Weber Connect technology.

The digital display shows both barbecue and food probe temperatures. Meanwhile, Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to monitor your cook remotely through the Weber Connect app.

One wired food probe comes included, so you can start tracking the internal temperature of meat straight away.

GBS and Weber Crafted Compatible

The porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooking grates offer excellent heat retention for everyday barbecuing. However, they also give you much more flexibility.

Simply flip the cooking grates over to use compatible Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System cookware.

Add separately available accessories such as a griddle, pizza stone, wok or sear grate to expand what you can prepare outdoors.

Make More of Your Space with Weber Works

The right-hand side table is designed for the Weber Works Prep, Cook and Store System.

Compatible drop-in accessories can fit directly into the side table. Plus, Weber Works side rails accept snap-on accessories to keep useful tools and essentials close without filling your preparation space.

The left-hand side table folds down when you’re finished. As a result, the barbecue takes up less room when stored.

Easy Snap-Jet Ignition

Each burner features Snap-Jet Ignition for straightforward one-handed lighting.

Simply turn the control knob until you hear it snap and ignite. You can then adjust each burner independently, giving you greater control over different areas of the cooking surface.

Easier Cleaning and Storage

Stainless steel Flavorizer® Bars sit above the burners, catching cooking juices and helping create that familiar barbecue flavour.

Excess grease then travels into the removable grease tray, making routine cleaning more straightforward.

Below the barbecue, an enclosed cabinet keeps the gas bottle out of sight. Four tool hooks also provide convenient storage for your barbecue utensils.
