The barbecue uses a porcelain-enamelled bowl and lid, which retain heat efficiently and resist rust or scratches. Adjustable dampers allow you to control airflow manually, giving you full control over cooking temperatures when required.

At the centre of this smart barbecue is an LCD Wi-Fi-enabled controller. This system monitors and maintains cooking temperatures by activating a digital fan that regulates airflow into the coals. As a result, the grill can hold steady temperatures during long cooks such as smoking brisket or ribs.
