The Pit Boss 4-Burner Ultimate Lift-Off Plancha is a powerful and portable gas griddle built for outdoor cooking, camping, tailgates and backyard BBQs. It delivers a “Bigger, Hotter, Heavier®” cooking experience thanks to its robust heating platform and premium materials. This plancha gives you a large flat-top surface that’s ready straight from the box and built to perform across a wide range of meals and occasions.

Premium Cooking Surface & Heat Output

At the heart of this plancha is a proprietary non-stick armored ceramic cooking surface. This exclusive coating resists scratches and rust and lets you clean the surface with a quick wipe after use. The plancha covers about 4,174 cm² of cooking area and delivers a 13.5 kW heat output, giving ample space and power to cook steaks, burgers, vegetables and more at once.

Four Independent Burners & Easy Control

Four stainless-steel gas burners let you create separate cooking zones with different heat levels. This helps when you want high searing heat on one side and a gentler warming zone on the other. The plancha also includes chrome control knobs and handles for precise adjustments and a solid feel.

Portable Lift-Off Design

This unit uses Pit Boss’s lift-off technology, which lets you detach the top griddle surface from its base. You can transport the plancha easily to campsites, events and tailgate parties with minimal fuss. When detached, it also doubles as a flat-top griddle tabletop cooker.

Thoughtful Extras for Outdoor Use
