Gozney M.O.P Replacement Head

Gozney M.O.P Replacement Head

Keep your Gozney M.O.P Stone Cleaning Tool performing at its best with the Gozney M.O.P Replacement Head. Designed to replace the removable cleaning head on your existing M.O.P, it gives you a fresh cleaning surface without needing to replace the complete tool.

The safest and most effective way to clean. The Gozney®M.O.P. is a first-of-its-kind oven cleaning tool, developed in-house to respond to the needs of the best pizza chefs. A bristle-free construction to prevent shedding, with a dual-purpose head built to withstand high temperatures. On one side, a stainless steel scraper blade loosens stubborn pizza debris without damaging the stone. On the other, an aramid fiber sponge – durable, removable, replaceable – steams and wipes away residue.

Refresh Your M.O.P

Regular pizza oven use can eventually wear down your cleaning head. Instead of replacing the complete M.O.P, simply fit a new replacement head and continue using your existing tool.

As a result, you can maintain effective stone cleaning while getting more use from your Gozney M.O.P

Bristle-Free Cleaning

The M.O.P system offers an alternative to traditional wire-bristle pizza oven brushes. Its aramid fibre cleaning surface won’t shed cleaning bristles onto your pizza stone.

In addition, the material can withstand the high temperatures associated with pizza oven cleaning. Therefore, you can continue to steam and wipe away residue using the same cleaning method as the original M.O.P head.
