At the heart of the barbecue is a 64 x 44.5cm stainless steel parrilla cooking grate. You can adjust its height to control how close your food sits to the heat. As a result, you can move between high-heat grilling and slower cooking without constantly changing the fire.

Meanwhile, the combination of Corten steel and stainless steel gives Pedro its distinctive appearance. The Corten steel develops a natural weathered finish, while the stainless steel cooking area provides a durable surface for regular outdoor cooking.

Authentic Argentinian-Style Cooking

The Barbecook Pedro Asado BBQ takes inspiration from the Argentinian tradition of cooking meat slowly over wood or charcoal.

Rather than simply placing food over a fixed fire, Pedro gives you more control over both the fuel and cooking height. Therefore, you can experiment with direct grilling, slower cooks and smoking while enjoying the unmistakable character of cooking over real fire.

Adjustable Parrilla Grill

The height-adjustable parrilla makes temperature control simple and hands-on.

Raise the cooking grate away from the embers for gentler heat or lower it when you want a stronger sear. In addition, the V-shaped stainless steel grates channel fat towards a drip tray, helping to reduce flare-ups while you cook.

Build and Manage Your Fire

Pedro includes a brasero and fireproof bricks, which help create hot embers and retain heat during longer cooking sessions.

A pull-out drawer also lets you add more wood or charcoal without interrupting your cook. Better still, an included rake makes it easier to spread the hot coals evenly beneath the cooking area.

Generous Cooking Area

With a 64 x 44.5cm cooking surface, Pedro offers enough room to prepare food for up to 12 people.

That makes it equally suited to relaxed family meals and larger garden gatherings. Plus, the open cooking design turns preparing the food into part of the occasion rather than something hidden away behind a barbecue lid.

Practical Storage and Cleaning

The lower section provides integrated storage for firewood, tools and other barbecue essentials.

After cooking, removable components help make cleaning easier. The ash tray also allows you to manage ash without dismantling the entire cooking area.
