The Pit Boss 3-Burner Ultimate Lift-Off Plancha is a high-performance gas griddle designed for outdoor cooking, camping, tailgating and backyard BBQs. Its lift-off design makes transport and storage simple, and the plancha works equally well at home or on the road.

Advanced Cooking Surface & Heat Output

The plancha features a proprietary non-stick armored ceramic cooking surface that resists scratches and rust while providing superior heat distribution. This unique surface is ready to use straight out of the box and wipes clean easily after cooking. With three independent stainless-steel gas burners, you get flexible temperature zones and total control over your cooking. It produces up to 10.5 kW of heat, ideal for searing steaks, frying breakfast, grilling fish or preparing large meals for family and friends.

Generous Cooking Area & Practical Extras

Offering around 3,458 cm² of cooking space (approximately 74.7 × 46.3 cm), this plancha gives you plenty of room for big-batch grilling. The lift-off top allows you to use the plancha as a portable tabletop griddle without the cart, giving greater flexibility for events and travel. Four folding side shelves add prep space and include built-in tool hooks for easy access to utensils. A removable grease tray keeps cleanup simple, while accessories like a paper towel holder and trash bag holder help keep your cooking area tidy.
