Consequently, you deepen flavour when smoking or slow-roasting. Furthermore, you can regulate steam and airflow via the sliding vents. These vents let you adjust how much smoke escapes and when.

Heavy-Duty for High Performance

This door uses twin-wall, insulated construction. It features ceramic-coated 304 stainless steel. Because it’s double-walled, it keeps heat in longer than just a lid or no door. Also, the materials resist rust and wear. The door includes cutouts for meat probes. Thus, you can monitor internal temperatures without losing heat or opening the oven fully.

Versatility for Baking, Smoking & More

Once installed, you can bake, smoke, and slow roast more precisely. The door turns your oven into a more consistent cooking environment. It locks in heat and gives you more control. Installation & Compatibility Notes

This door fits only the Dome (Gen 2) oven. Also, because of safety, do not install it when the gas burner is lit. Turn off the flame and gas dial first. Use this door when you have embers, not a live gas flame. These precautions help maintain safety and performance.
