With an overall footprint of 590 x 725cm and a generous 245cm maximum height, the Sherwood 8.0 provides plenty of room for longer family holidays. In addition, its four rear bedrooms offer a flexible 2+2+2+2 layout, while optional additional inner tents can increase the sleeping capacity to as many as 12 people.

Despite its impressive size, Holawild designed the Sherwood 8.0 so one person can pitch it. Therefore, you can enjoy the space of a large family tent without the traditional pole construction associated with tents of this size.

Upgraded Technical Cotton Bedrooms for 2026

For 2026, Holawild has upgraded the four rear bedrooms with Technical Cotton fabric. This helps reduce light and condensation while also improving temperature regulation for a more comfortable sleeping environment.

The bedrooms feature a flexible 2+2+2+2 configuration with zipped dividers. As a result, you can maintain separate sleeping areas or combine the king-size inners to create larger bedrooms.

Furthermore, the Sleep Easy+ flysheet coating reduces incoming light, while the quilted bedroom base adds another layer of comfort and insulation beneath you.

Strong DURA-Air Inflatable Frame

The Sherwood 8.0 uses Holawild’s high-pressure DURA-Air tubes to create its main structure. Holawild states that these tubes have tested at more than 200% stronger than standard TPU, providing a strong and rigid frame for such a large inflatable tent.

Built-in pressure release valves also help protect the air system against excessive pressure caused by inflation or increasing temperatures.

Meanwhile, pre-angled Gothic Arch tubes help maximise usable internal space and improve the overall structure.

6000mm Hydrostatic Head

The Sherwood 8.0 uses robust 150 Denier polyester fabric with a 6000mm hydrostatic head. Consequently, it provides excellent weather protection for family camping trips.

For additional support in challenging conditions, pre-attached webbing storm straps sit at all four corners. The updated straps also use a dual pegging system to distribute the load more effectively.

Holawild’s Precision Pitch system further helps you position the adjustable side webbing straps at the intended angles for improved support.

Huge Family Living Space

Step inside and you’ll find a spacious, fully enclosed living area with up to 245cm of headroom.

A panoramic sunroof lets natural light into the living space, while zipped curtains provide privacy when required. Additionally, the adjustable roof liners allow you to uncover the large roof window for extra light or stargazing on clear evenings.

Storage shouldn’t be a problem either. The air tubes incorporate 18 mesh storage pockets, with nine positioned on each side of the living area. Further organiser pockets feature within the bedrooms.

Flexible Doors & Ventilation

For warmer days, the front door panel can be completely removed to open up the front of the tent. The updated 2026 main door also incorporates large mesh sections alongside removable PVC window panels.

Elsewhere, mesh doors, bedroom mesh panels, low-level vents and a large adjustable rear vent help encourage airflow throughout the tent.

In addition, a floor-to-floor rain canopy protects the side entrance, helping to provide more sheltered access during wet weather.

Expand Your Sherwood 8.0

The Sherwood 8.0 has been designed with expansion in mind. Dedicated attachment points allow you to add compatible accessories, including a front canopy and side storage annexe.

Optional additional inner tents can also increase sleeping capacity from eight to as many as 12 people. Therefore, you can adapt the tent as your family’s camping requirements change.
