Each Cayo variant features YETI’s ultra-durable DryHide™ shell, RF-welded seams and PU-coated zippers. Moreover, although the pack is built to resist wind and showers, contents may still get wet under heavier conditions, as the bag is water-resistant, not waterproof. The consistent build across sizes ensures you get the same high-performance materials no matter which capacity you choose.

Capacity Options & Choosing the Right Size

• 15 L version: Compact yet functional. Ideal for daily essentials, a tablet, water bottle and light jacket.

• 25 L version: Balanced for daily commuting or shorter outdoor trips, offering more space while remaining manageable.

• 35 L version: The largest size in the lineup, designed to “haul the extra long days”. It supports up to a 13″ laptop and provides maximum space for gear.

Comfort, Fit & Organised Storage

All three sizes include ergonomic features such as the ComfortComb™ mesh back panel for ventilation and comfort, along with adjustable/removable waist and chest straps to stabilise heavier loads.
