Join us at Norwich Camping & Leisure for a special Weber BBQ Summer Favourites Menu Course Certified by Weber on 18th April 2026. This hands-on barbecue masterclass gives you the chance to cook alongside a Weber Certified Grill Master, learning professional techniques while preparing a delicious menu on a range of Weber barbecues.

During this interactive 3-hour course, you’ll throw on an apron and get involved in cooking a full selection of dishes while learning the skills needed to grill, roast, smoke, and bake on your own barbecue at home. The session is designed for beginners and BBQ enthusiasts alike, helping you build confidence and discover new cooking ideas in a relaxed and sociable environment.

Spaces are limited to ensure plenty of personal guidance throughout the course, so early booking is recommended. Price is £79 per-person, please purchase enough tickets for each person.

What You’ll Learn

Throughout the course you will learn:

• How to light and control heat on gas and charcoal barbecues
• Techniques for grilling, roasting, smoking, and baking on a Weber BBQ
• Tips and tricks used by professional pitmasters
