Gozney M.O.P Pizza Oven Stone Cleaning Tool

Keep your pizza stone clean without relying on traditional wire bristles with the Gozney M.O.P Developed in-house by Gozney in response to the needs of professional pizza chefs, this purpose-built tool offers a safer and more effective way to tackle debris and residue left behind after cooking.

The innovative bristle-free construction eliminates the risk of shedding associated with conventional brushes. Instead, the M.O.P features a dual-purpose cleaning head with two different surfaces for tackling your pizza stone.

First, use the stainless steel scraper to loosen stubborn pizza debris. Then, flip the tool over and use the aramid fibre sponge to steam and wipe away the remaining residue.

Bristle-Free Stone Cleaning

Traditional oven brushes can shed bristles during use. Therefore, Gozney developed the M.O.P with a completely bristle-free construction.

This purpose-built design gives you an effective way to maintain your pizza stone while removing the risk of loose cleaning bristles being left behind.

Dual-Purpose Cleaning Head

The M.O.P combines two cleaning methods within a single high-temperature-resistant head.

On one side, a stainless steel scraper blade loosens stubborn burnt-on pizza debris without damaging the stone. Meanwhile, the other side features an aramid fibre sponge for steaming and wiping away remaining residue.

As a result, you can tackle both stubborn debris and general cleaning with one convenient tool.

Removable & Replaceable Sponge

Gozney has designed the aramid fibre sponge for repeated use. It’s durable, removable and replaceable, allowing you to replace the cleaning surface when required rather than the complete tool.

In addition, the high-temperature-resistant design makes the M.O.P purpose-built for the demanding environment of pizza oven maintenance.
