The Dometic Residence Luxe AIR Rest is an exclusive and spacious inflatable awning developed for longer seasonal living. With a generous depth of a full 3 meters, panoramic windows, and premium materials, it creates a large and comfortable social area outside the caravan.

Design & Durable Materials

The awning is made from Weathershield™ Rest fabric, a UV-resistant and water-repellent material in dope-dyed polypropylene roof that is also easy to keep clean. The external window covers provide enhanced privacy and protection when needed, while the soft internal curtains contribute to a cozy feeling.  This combination ensures breathable walls, reliable waterproofing, and lasting durability. It includes zip-out panels and panoramic windows that flood the interior with light, while integral blinds let you control privacy and shade. The frame is inflatable, and pitching is simplified by single-point inflation, reducing setup time.

Performance & Practical Use

The new Residence Luxe range takes all the DNA design cues from the successful Tour and Stay models. Panoramic windows guarantee lots of natural light. For those seeking a little more privacy – The luxe features zipped external blinds, new fabric curtains that give a softer touch and have better daylight shielding, whilst the slide track is improved to make it easier to open and close. The new curtain hooks also makes them simple to remove and wash when ready for your next trip.

Ease of use

All Residence Luxe models will come with a 12v Gale pump to make setting up a breeze along with a roof lining and footprint to ensure the 3m living space is kept clean and dry.
