This shining gem features a modern pedestal that has tonnes of storage, soft-close doors and drawers. The two generous side shelves offer added prep surface, but also give you an integrated ice bucket, beverage, sauce, tool and towel holders. On the other side shelf, the new two-stage power burner has a circular centre featuring an infrared burner and an outer flame burner.
The PRO 825 also features interior lights for night-time grilling and improved NIGHT LIGHT back-lit control knobs. Prime rib will never be the same again. Imagine grilling the perfect prime rib on a rotisserie, while you bake a cake under the other lid- with the PRO 825 you can. Oven-like performance allows you to bake breads, cakes, biscuits and even the perfect pizza. Roast with ultimate temperature control, sear incredible steaks over high heat on the SIZZLE ZONE bottom burners and grill for your neighbours - you can fit up to 50 burgers on this gigantic grill. Power Side Burner - a new, innovative design, exclusive to Napoleon Grilling, is the two-stage power side burner with a circular, centre infrared burner and an outer flame burner for versatile cooking methods. It includes a reversible porcelainised cast-iron cooking grid for round wok frying on one side and flat pan frying on the other, and the contour construction ensures consistent and even cooking for deliciously unbelievable results.
Rear Burner Rotisserie Cooking - the rear rotisserie burner heat-waves quickly seal and lock in the juices for superior tenderness. Restaurant-style results and perfect self-basting roasts every time. Rotisserie cooking allows the food to self-baste, sealing in the juices while browning the outside surface. Use the rotisserie method of cooking for large cuts of meat like roasts, poultry or legs of lamb. There are so many advantages to rotisserie cooking - meats are generally juicier, self-basted and slow-roasted.
Dual-level stainless-steel sear plates – dual-level, individual stainless-steel sear plates allow consistent, even heat and continuous grease run-off. Heat is spread evenly over the entire grilling surface.
