The Weber Genesis E-315 Gas BBQ may be an entry to the Weber Genesis range, but nothing has been sacrificed and no corners cut with it's build quality and the attention to detail of it's raft of features, all designed to be of a great benefit to it's users no matter whether this is to be the first "real" gas barbecue or for a true grilling machine for the all year round all weather barbecue.
This attention to detail includes well thought grilling features like Weber's proprietary PUREBLU high-heat burners all three of which have been meticulously engineered to create the purest, most efficient, even flame to achieve those extraordinary results, every time. While the introduction of the new WEBER CRAFTED Gourmet BBQ System of custom-fit grillware will turn any of the Genesis Series into a stir-fry station, pizza oven, rotisserie, to give the option to roast, bake, stir-fry so much more.

3-burner cooking
The high-performance grilling system with three burners means you can happily cater for medium-sized groups of up to six to eight people. It includes Weber's unique Flavorizer bars that vaporise juices, boosting barbecued flavour. The PureBlu burner system sets this barbecue apart from the pack. Unique, tapered burner tubes generate consistent pressure and flames and deliver even heat across the barbecuing surface. Flames are directed above the raised gas ports, while food debris falls below, minimising clogging and ensuring the barbecue lights every time.
Cabinet and side shelves
The barbecue comes with a storage cabinet and two doors. With two large stainless steel side shelves, there’s no need to keep running to the kitchen. Keep food and utensils close at hand on the shelves. Six hooks are provided for hanging up barbecue tools.
Thermometer
Cook at the right temperature with the easy-to-read lid thermometer. Plus, the BBQ has a warming rack to keep food warm for serving.
