Making it easy to simultaneously cook a selection of meat, fish and vegetables, each of the barbecue’s four burners can be independently adjusted.
The 4 Series Classic LS Plus features the Culinary Modular System with enamel-coated cast-iron cooking grids for excellent heat retention, including a griddle that's ribbed on one facing and smooth on the other, plus a removable circular grid section on the other side to allow use of accessories such as a paella pan, wok, chicken roaster, charcoal bucket or pizza stone - everything you need to create al fresco culinary delights. For even more cooking versatility, it's set up for using an optional rotisserie accessory for roasting chickens.
