The Broil King Baron 490 has a black porcelain coated double lined roasting hood with strong cast aluminium end caps for superior rigidity, built-in accu-temp thermometer makes cooking easy with accurate temperature control. Under the hood are 4 cast iron cooking grids that are reversible, a porcelain coated warming rack.
The 4 tubular burners provide superb temperature to the cooking grills fitted with linear flow valves. The black chrome cabinet houses a standard patio gas bottle keeping the whole barbecue tidy. One side shelf houses the 2.7kW side burner, ideal for sauces etc. The Baron 490 also has a rear rotisserie burner with a 4.4kW output and is supplied as standard with a rotisserie kit.
