Office Administrator/PA


We are looking for an organised and cheerful person to fill the role of Office Assistant/PA, who will join our busy customer-focused team in the Office/Online Sales department.

It will be a wide and varied role, and would suit a person with a confident and outgoing personality, with a high level of computer literacy.

The duties will include:

- Corresponding with customers, via email

- Liaising with customers on the phone

- Processing online sales

- Filing, both paper and electronically

- Keeping the website up to date

- Listing new products on our online selling platforms

Our ideal candidate must:

- Be able to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload in an effective manner

- Have experience in Administration & PA work within an office environment

- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Be computer literate

- Be a team player and have a helpful & friendly attitude

This position is full-time, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30, based at our premises in Blofield, Norwich.

Starting date would ideally be early February.
