(1) Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this Returns Policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This Returns Policy applies to customers irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

(2) Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of receipt of the product;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

(3) Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

a) Provide us with the following information: Order Number, Product Name, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement. We recommend the use of our online returns form.

b) We will email you back with instructions for returning by Royal Mail or we will arrange for our courier to come and collect the product you wish to return.

Products returned under this policy must be sent by recorded delivery to:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

(4) Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

(5) Delivery

NEXT DAY DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK

Norwich Camping and Leisure offer delivery on most of our products to the mainland UK. Unless specified, goods are despatched on a next-day service within three working days of receiving your order. Our Couriers deliver Monday-Friday. Delivery can be arranged for Saturday, at an extra cost (please contact us for a quote). If you have a specific delivery date in mind please let us know when placing the order, we will do our very best to meet your requirements. A surcharge may apply to certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We look at these on a case by case basis; normally we will ship for the amount specified anyway, but if you live in the following postcodes please be aware we may contact you after you have placed your order with a quote for delivery: AB37-38, AB41-56, IV1-37, IV40, IV63, KW1-14, FK19-21, PH15-41, PA21-35, PA36-40, PH49-50. HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3. Delivery to these postcodes will be on a 2 or 3 day service. We are able to ship to Northern and Southern Ireland, please email us for a quote.

*Garden Furniture - With certain Furniture Sets we need to apply a £25 surcharge. This is because some sets have glass or granite table-tops. The only way to safely send these sets out is on a Pallet. This cuts out unnecessary handling and avoids any sort of breakages.

Not only do we have the largest selection and top-notch service, we’ll also match any competitor’s price, subject to a few conditions. We base our pricematch criterion on what we regard as fair and honest business practices:

• The Product being price matched must be brand new and identical in specification and brand. The item should be in stock, and available for immediate delivery/collection.
• Norwich Camping and Leisure’s pricematch guarantee is applicable against any competitor based in the Mainland UK. This includes UK websites, but excludes auction sites, market stalls, private sales, wholesalers, liquidation sales or typographical errors. We must be able to verify the competitors price.
